I have had a life long interest in art and painting.  When I retired from being an RN in 2006 I had more time to take workshops and classes.  Since then I have pursued painting in watercolor, oil, acrylic, and mixed media.  The last few years I have painted mostly in acrylic.

 

I spent five years in Gold Canyon, AZ.  I wrote a cookbook in 2017 and moved to MI in 2018.  My husband, Gil, is from the Detroit area.  In 2021 we moved to a small town in the western Upper Peninsula of Michigan, where we have chickens, Guinea Hens, and two Australian Cattle Dogs.

 

It is quiet here.  I have lots of time to paint and explore the natural beauty around me and express myself in paint.  My goal in art is to share this with others.
